Joel provides legal advice to management and business units on operational and commercial matters. He drafts and reviews contracts, offer letters, and service level agreements, while managing regulatory compliance and risk management across multiple business functions.

He conducts periodic compliance reviews, SOP assessments, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and operational exposures.

He also supports corporate governance and regulatory oversight through board and committee papers, regulatory records, compliance reports, and audit documentation. In addition, he coordinates with external counsel and manages legal matters to help reduce legal and regulatory exposure.

Joel provides comprehensive legal support across litigation, corporate and commercial practice, and client advisory.

His responsibilities include conducting in-depth legal research, drafting and reviewing pleadings, agreements, and other legal instruments, representing clients in pre-litigation negotiations, and providing strategic counsel on regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

With a strong commitment to diligence, professionalism, and client-focused service, he assists in managing client portfolios, interfacing with courts and regulatory bodies, and ensuring the timely execution of legal assignments.
